I was born on the 29th day of November 1969at Elim Hospital in the Limpopo Province. I started my primary education at Magau Primary School and completed my grade 12 studies at Litshovhu Secondary School. I studied a BProc Degree from the University of Venda during the period 1990-1993 where I was also a member of the SRC. I then completed my LLB Degree from the same University wherein I was also an assistant in teachingtytorials under Seniour Advocate Mushasha in particular Law of Property for 2nd year students. In 1997 I became a secretary of the communist party at a local branch. I was a chairperson of the Christian Movement from the year 1986 until the year 1988. In March 1996 I joined the firm Booyens DuPreez and Boshoff as a Candidate Legal Practitioner and I also became a part time lecturer at Northern Academy College with the permission of my Principal Mr Booyens.

I was then admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa on the 20th day of September 2001 and opened my my practice in the same year wherein I have trained more than 10 Candidate Attorneys and more than 10 Assistants.

In 2008 I was appointed as a Small Claims Commissioner at Louis Trichardt Magistrate Court. On the 9th of June 2022, I was appointed as an acting Magistrate at Louis Trichardt until the year 2024 on the 30th of August.

In 2024 I was a facilitator when the Madombidzha Mall was being built and also interactingwith various stake holders in particularto try and resolve conflicts and misunderstanding if there is any. In 1989 I became a member of Local Madombidzha Civic Association.

I have also attended SAJEI training from February 2026 until March 2026 at the Polokwane training center.
